Our Successes

Introduction of hydrogen into the assets and operation of a gas distributor
A theoretical analysis of the impact of hydrogen on all equipment and materials was conducted to identify critical risks, such as leaks and poor combustion, across the gas network. The findings of this analysis were used to develop a plan for pilot and research projects, providing the technical data needed to determine asset modifications and begin developing the company’s internal know-how.
The strategy defined for the execution of the pilot projects and research included preliminary engineering, allowing to evaluate the costs and produce a clear schedule. The project consisted of blending hydrogen with natural gas at two sites of the gas distributor, involving the design, engineering and construction of two blending stations as well as the development of the sites.
The project was successfully completed on time and on budget (30% below estimate). The technical data obtained showed that hydrogen injection could enable the distributor to reduce its GHG emissions by approximately 7%.

Redesign and automation of engineering drawing and list management processes
We carried out a comprehensive mandate to implement a tool that automates drawing operations and synchronizes the content of Plant P&ID drawings with a database dedicated to engineering. This solution eliminated correlation errors between drawings and engineering data, while reducing the time required to create and maintain engineering lists by 20-25%.
The first phase of the project consisted of assessing the current situation and the functionalities of the existing drawing software, comparing them to other solutions available on the market. A clear action plan was then drawn up before proceeding with the implementation. As the client's resources to advance the project varied, we adjusted our service offering to adapt to this reality, while ensuring that the project was completed and met the client's needs.
To ensure the performance of the tool, we organized small group training sessions for all stakeholders in the projects concerned. At the end of the pilot project, a feedback activity was orchestrated to identify the strengths and issues of the tool designed. A complete update of the processes and procedures is planned for 2024 to perpetuate the improvements.

Improving operational excellence on the factory floor

Subsequently, we establish clear objectives, including costs and deadlines, in collaboration with the client.
Once the project is launched, we remain in constant communication with the client to ensure the follow-up of the achievements and deliverables. Finally, we deliver the results by organizing a feedback session to ensure the client's satisfaction and confirm that the deliverable meets their needs.
Thanks to this method, we have obtained concrete results, such as a reduction of more than 50% in crossings during movements, an increase of more than 100% in the storage of raw materials and a reduction in cycle time of more than 20% for certain operations.
